Phil, Yun, Khiry
Phil works on the inFlow Community & Support team (CSI). He specializes in helping both new and existing customers with any questions and in troubleshooting and assisting the inFlow development team with some projects.
Yun is a Senior Product Manager for inFlow. She helps plan the new features that the development team works on, by reaching out to customers such as yourself for identifying pain points, business workflows, and more.
Khiry works on the Customer Success team of the Community & Support team for inFlow (CSI for short). You’ve probably talked to him either for training sessions or while asking a general question to Support.
