Pooja and Laya work on the Customer Success subteam of the Community & Support team for inFlow. They specialize in helping new customers use their new inFlow Cloud system and you’ve probably talked to her either for training sessions or while asking a general question to Support.
Phil works on the inFlow Community & Support team (CSI). He specializes in helping both new and existing customers with any questions and in troubleshooting and assisting the inFlow development team with some projects.
